Rick has served as the lead pastor at LifeBridge Christian Church in Longmont, CO since 1991. As a practitioner, Rick cares about the church being a vibrant part of their community.

Rick is the co-founder of Externally Focused Network, and co-author of "Externally Focused Church," "Externally Focused Life," and "Externally Focused Quest."

Rick will be one of the speakers at the Externally Focused Church Seminar the next day, October 1 at GLCC sponsored by the Church of Greater Lansing.
