For the Church and World

Great Lakes Christian College mission is to train students to be servant-leaders in the church and world.  This mission leads us to train not only the traditional student but also the non-traditional student who desires to go from the marketplace into ministry.

EQUIP is a certificate program designed to educate the adult learner in sound hermeneutical principles, and in Biblical and theological instruction.  It is also designed to equip students to effectively minister in the church.  Each course is condensed into a 7-week cycle for accelerated learning.  Pricing is flexible and customizable to suit the needs of each church.

“GLCC’s Online Program made it viable for me as a full-time ministry leader, husband, and father to complete my undergrad studies. While also challenging and growing me monumentally in my faith, knowledge of God’s word, and Christian leadership. The professors are brilliant, available, and more than willing to assist in any way they can! I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking for an ability to balance schedule with spiritual growth and knowledge.”

– Carlos Berroa, Discipleship Pastor at Rivers Edge Community Church in Lansing, MI

2|42 Community Church endorses EQUIP.

2|42 is excited to partner with Great Lakes Christian College to expand our staff’s biblical competency and confidence. Their Equip program is exactly what we were looking for. Equip is well suited to provide both foundational biblical studies and advanced studies for our staff.
Great Lakes Christian College has created a unique blend of biblical studies and remote learning to help churches across the country provide professional development for their staff members. The “Equip” program allows remote learners to gather in a cohort and have regular interaction with GLCC professors.
