The Business Management Nonprofit program equips students with the knowledge, vision, and leadership skills needed to serve effectively in today’s nonprofit world. Whether working in a large organization or leading a smaller ministry or community agency, students gain the tools to manage people, resources, and mission-centered initiatives with clarity and purpose. This degree also prepares students to envision, launch, and sustain new nonprofit entities, blending practical business training with a Christ-centered understanding of stewardship and service.

Graduates learn to apply strategic planning, budgeting, finance, and resource management within nonprofit contexts while mastering the core principles of governance, organizational development, and accountability. The program emphasizes servant leadership, effective communication, ethical research practices, and best practices in marketing, public relations, and community engagement.
