Frank Weller is the tenth President of Great Lakes Christian College. Born in the Hoosier State, Frank became a Christian through the ministry of First Church of Christ in Garrett, Indiana. Frank earned his Bachelor of Religious Education degree from GLCC, and his Master of Arts degree from Huntington University. His Doctor of Ministry degree is from Bethel University. Prior to becoming GLCC President, Frank was a pastor for thirty years. Frank and his wife Tracy met at GLCC. Their three adult children are married. Abby is a kindergarten teacher and lives in Australia with her husband, Andrew. Caleb owns wholesale flooring firm and is married to Emily. Jonah is a professional trombonist and is married to Marissa.The Wellers are a three-generation GLCC family. Frank (BRE, 1989), Tracy (BS, 2025), Abby (BS, 2015), Frank’s sister Tina Ganong (1983-1985), brother-in-law Martin Ganong (BRE, 1983), Frank’s late father, Larry (APT, 1989), and Frank and Tracy’s niece, Laura (BS, 2024) are all alumni. Frank believes in GLCC’s mission to “prepare servant leaders in the church and world,” and is devoted to seeing that vision expand.
