Michigan Transfer Agreement
Great Lakes Christian College is MTA Certified. As a member of the michigan transfer network, we are able to provide a smoother process for our transfer students to build a foundation for life at Great Lakes Christian College.
MTA is a Michigan statewide agreement designed to facilitate the transfer of General Education Requirements from participating community colleges to participating four-year colleges and universities. This agreement was developed by the State of Michigan’s Committee on the Transferability of Core College Courses.
State Authorization
GLCC is an approved SARA institution in Michigan. The National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA) is a voluntary, regional approach to state oversight of postsecondary distance education. States and institutions that choose to participate agree to operate under common standards and procedures. GLCC’s participation improves the quality and availability of our online education.
Retention Rate
Our students averaged a GPA of 2.76 on a 4 point scale at the last reporting cycle. Our graduates consistently rate the college extremely high in satisfaction measurements with 100% of graduates scoring satisfied or very satisfied in overall satisfaction, 100% satisfied or very satisfied with the overall quality of education, and 95% satisfied or very satisfied with the quality of classroom instruction.
