The Christian Leadership & Communication program builds a strong foundation in essential communication skills through courses such as Public Speaking, Small Group Communication, and Interpersonal Communication. Students learn to communicate with clarity, confidence, and purpose while preparing for real-world challenges through studies in Conflict Management, Gender Communication, Organizational Communication, Persuasion, Servant Leadership, and Communication in Change.

Graduates are equipped to pursue advanced training or step directly into influential roles across business, education, human services, sales, training and development, and ministry. This program provides the tools to lead effectively, communicate thoughtfully, and make a meaningful impact in a wide range of professional and ministry settings.
